White spot maroon clown

Anybody have idea on what it can be and what to do my 2 maroon are not eating since yesterday, always at the same place and they have some kind of white spot/patch on them i dont really know what to do i have pics to show. Any advise is welcome i dont want to lose my clowns only had them for 2weeks i forgot everything else in the aquarium is in good shape active eating and i didnt saw anything on the others

Forgot to put my parameters

Ph - 8.0
Nh3/nh4 - 0ppm
No2 - 0ppm
No3 - 5ppm (had a huge snail dead found it 2d)
Ca2 - 300ppm (adding some right now)
Gh/kh - around 200ppm
Salinity - 1.024
