Will he regrow the fin?

I rescued this Randall prawn goby from Petco today. It was in the same tank as a foxface fish, some clowns, damsels, a sebae anemone, some inverts, and a spiny lobster. you can see how the dorsal fin is chopped clean by something. will it grow back? I really like this goby and the dot that it normally has.

I have my suspicion that the lobster is kicking the goby's butt with its pinchers.

Good looking goby. Give 10-20 days and it should grow back.
