Will my nem be okay

Hey guys I got this nem a few days ago and it's been looking healthy the whole time iv had it and I just came into my room and saw it deflated the tenticles are still green the tips are still pink and the base is still pink could it just be excreting waste?

Yes. Are you feeding it? If you are, and you fed it a large piece of food, you will see this. It's very stressful to them to digest a large piece of food. Keep the feedings light if possible.

I fed it some thawed out brine shrimp maybe ill feed him a bit less next time
