WTH!!! Dismembered Hermit Crabs???

So, I was looking inside of a cave I have in my tank, and noticed that there are several hermit crab parts in there. A couple legs, couple claws, etc...

WTH?? Is there a hermit crab fight club going on in my tank at night when I turn the lights out?

Is this a normal hermit crab thing??

Are they pieces of a molt?

Likely molt. I used to find random pieces laying around

I don't think so. It looks like they fell off one of my red tips. Assuming, of course, that hermits molt in one piece like a cleaner shrimp... Is this the case?

I never found a whole hermit molt, only pieces.
