Xenia coral help

Have had it for two weeks, it was doing great till this past weekend. Water changes are weekly and water parameters are perfect. But it's looks like it's dying. The heads won't open and it looks like it is melting away kins of.

What is the flow like? Is the lighting too intense?

xenia is a hit or miss type of coral
some have it and it grows like a weed
others just don't have any luck with it
I can't keep it in my 37g tank but my 40g no problems keeping it
water parameters are identical and same lighting so it's hard to know why it will take in 1 tank and not the other

+1
I have had it grow like a weed for a couple of months and then it crashed. It is a very weird coral. It can be easy as heck or very very difficult.
