Be careful what you wish for with xenia. I used to read all those people complaining about xenia taking over and I thought, "Yeah, right. I wish I had that problem." So what do I do? I go and get me a frag and it's taking over my tank.

Once it settles in good, you can't kill this stuff. My advice would be to make sure you have it in a spot where it can only spread to where you want it.

Stephanie

Maybe you could frag it and put it up in the classified section.

Count on it!

Steph, I don't think there is anyplace in my tank that fits that bill, but I do have a sharp pair of scissors, and I'm not afraid to use a razor blade

Ditto freshmaker.

Kevin, your coral pixs are really clear. Have you already posted us regarding the camera you have used? I'm very impressed with your shots.

One thing you can count on, Sue, is that it is the camera more than the photographer. I have posted about the camera, look for threads in the lounge, show off and the product review section. The camera I use is a Nikon Coolpix 995. Here is a pic of the xenia, I took a couple of days ago, probably the best pic I've taken of that coral so far. Notice the to "pimples" on the stalks, new heads coming up shortly....
