I have 2 yellow tails, one bigger than the other, and the smaller one seems to look dusty. I know it's not ich because it had ich before and it doesn't look anything close to it. It is swimming and eating well. I'm just wondering what it may be. Pictures of both, the small one is out on the open. Any insight is appreciated.uploadfromtaptalk1467910155969.jpguploadfromtaptalk1467910162340.jpg

Can't tell for sure with my screen but if the fish appears to have a "dust" look to the body and fins, it should be Oodinium which is a parasite that can overtake the fish rather rapidly. Using a freshwater dip should help relieve the immediate infestation but a medication containing copper has the best results for treating the parasite.

Hope this helps

Thanks, I'll look into that. The only thing is that he's been like that for a little more than a week. Still swims and eats good.
