Yellow tang

My yellow tang doesn't look good. Breathing pretty fast and mouth is open. He isn't swimming around either, just floating in one spot. He did eat some shrimp earlier. Also, his fins are frayed a bit. I did add some clowns today and cleaner shrimp which has taken the tangs hiding spot. Is it just stress or does his behavior seem like another issue? My nitrate was around 40 last weekend but it has dropped to 20.

Maybe he's just stress out with the new tank mates. Keep close a close eye on him. If he's eating he'll be fine.
