my yellow tang has a white thick line on him in the middle of his body going from head to tail i got him like this and he eats and acts great I do feed him as a herbivor but when i put frozen mysis shrimp in he loves it and eats it i hope there is nothing wrong with him it looks like a bone but i know nothing someone please help me

If it's a solid white line that looks much like a "road stripe", it's part of the fish's anatomy and nothing to be concerned about. When frightened, at night or when in an aggressive posture, the tang will lighten enough to see it.

Does it look similar to the white line running down the center in this pic?
