yellow tang.... ich??

hey whats up all... i just bought a small haw. yellow tang from a store, brought it home he looks good... swimming around alot, looks real good, until the next mornigingi turned the light on and it seems to have ich! i am not sure if it is ich though, i picked himout and put him in another tank to keep him seperated and he seemed to have lose some of the spots, they are almost white spots but look kind of like bubbles??? do you think it is ich.. does ich rub off the skin of the fish? thanks for ur help!wish i had a pic

Sounds like it might be. It is much more visible in the AM after the lights come on. Ich is a parasite and does go through a life cycle. It may appear to go away (falls off the fish) only to reappear in greater numbers a few days later.
What is your treatment plan?

give me the best treatment plan, please.... its definitely ich, and i know what you mean about looking worse when the lights come on!
