Yellow tang in qt

I picked up a yellow tank 4 days ago at the Lfs. It seems very healthy Swims all the time except when I'm near the tank, a bit timid I guess. But it has a small patch of fleshy skin or something hanging off its fin and the same at the top of it's gill in the same side. I'll put the best pic I can up but it's hard to get a good pic, it doesn't stop swimming for a second. Should also not it's eating great both flake and veggie strips. What do y'all suppose it is?
