I have a yellow tang that developed 2 white spots on 1 fin. Those spots seem to have about disappeared, but the tang is breathing harder than normal and sometimes rests with its face in front of the outlet of the protien skimmer. Other than that the tang looks, acts, and eats normally. Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong and how do i cure the tang?

Tank setup:
55g, 30lbs lr, 60lbs sand, 2 blue damsels, 1 clown, 1 yellow tang. temp is about 80f, salinity is approx 1.022 and all readings seem normal except there may be a very very small amount of ammonia. fluval 304, bakpak 2 protien skimmer.
