You might try adding gralic to the seaweed to get him going on it and then ween him off of it as he takes to the seaweed. I would also suggest adding vitamin C to the seaweed too. He needs a lot of good veggie and vitamins. Add Vitamin C to the meaty food too. Get a clip and suction to the glass so he can see it too...might help

Looks like the tang is going to be gone after tonight. Just floating at the bottom of the tank.
