Yellow Watchman Goby

My yellow watchman goby got wrapped around the filter for a few minutes. I killed the filter and unwrapped him, he swam away and was swimming up and down for a bit. Now he's just laying on the bottom of the tank, he tries to swim to the top and quickly half swims falls back down to the bottom....I just got him today.... I feel so bad for him and the filter's not even a strong filter - he's in a 15g quarantine tank

Poor little guy.

Sounds like something was wrong with him to start with. No reason a healthy fish should be getting stuck on a weak filter like that.
