zoos not opening

i have 3 frags that i got about 5 weeks ago and for the last week my favorite frag hasnt opens maybe 2 or 3 polyps but the other 2 are having no problems any thoughts on whats going on

water test consistent for 4 months

ph 8.1
ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 0-1

Any corals near them. What size tank.

no corals near them next closest frag is about 10 inches away 30g tank

I`m just trying to trouble shoot. Is there any excessive current on them. Lighting?

or too low a current, too low lighting
Not meaning to be a smart aleck, either direction could be the problem

ive ben thinkn my cheep jebo lights are 4 1/2 months old ive ben meening to replace with a better brand i will try relocating to see if thel open
