1 - eyed angel fish spinning

I recently adopted a 1 - eyed angelfish. Tonight I found him spinning in circles and the other eye seems to be pertruding. Checked water and ammonia, ph, nitrite and nitrate levels were fine. Other angelfish in tank is fine. I'm at a loss.

I isolated him in a bucket with Epson salt water but I doubt he will last the night. Any clues as to what caused this?

Okay, he survived. Took him to LFS and he had actually stopped swimming. After consulting we decided that he may be having seizures brought on by sudden light changes. Anyone ever deal with this?
