Helo Everyone!! My male adult angelfish has tiny black spots on its body(not on the fins) as you can see on the pictures. The aquarium was cycled, is still being cycled, while 3 angel fish inside. All but this black dotted one was behaving weirdly. I tried searching for a condition of this symptom but couldnt find. Appreciate if you can help.

Kind of just looks like coloring???
There is a disease called 'black spot'(diplopstomiasis).
It is not the most common issue for most.
It requires a little more to complete its life cycle in aquariums then many disease.
It is mentioned that it is not often deadly for larger fish, but I have found no real treatment links??
Search 'blackspot disease in aquarium'
Good luck hope this helps.

There is something that might help you but strangely enough you might want to check out a saltwater forum. Youth angelfish might have a disease called "black spot diease" I read on another forum that it only thrives in saltwater but it is possible to thrive in freshwater maybe look up this disease on a saltwater forum like I said good luck

The first thing you need to determine is if the spots are ON the skin or IN the skin. IN the skin would mean a coloration and nothing to be concerned about. If it's ON the skin, it is a parasite ( actually the larval phase of a parasite). If you notice the spots moving or changing in amount and location, it's definitely the parasite. If there are snails in the tank, you need to get rid of them or the parasite now has a host to finish it's lifecycle. Usually, the lack of a host to complete the life cycle is enough to kill them off but if the snails are present, the parasites can become enough to be harmful to the fish.
Here's some info on the subject that might help.(y)
