Hey everyone,
Please please help me to save my angelfish and take the time to read this.
I need to decide a course of action but I'm lost with what to do next.

I noticed the other day the top of my angelfish's fins were damaged and since then seen it progress and eat away more of the fin. It's fins are ragged and black around the edges of the wound. I have already raised the temp to 80 and added some stress coat to help it heal. I did a 30 percent water change a few days ago and am planning on a smaller one tomorrow. I really don't know what else to do and it's fins are getting worse. The biggest issue is there is a pleco in the tank so I'm afraid to medicate.

Here's the tank specifics

75 gallon
2 filters - aquaon 60 and top fin large canister
0 ammonia 0 nitrite 20 nitrate
7.5 ph
Sand substrate

Fish (all juveniles)
1 angelfish
2 blood parrot fish
1 blue acara
1 firemouth
1 convict cichlid
1 common pleco
5 Buenos Aires tetra (temporarily until the cichlids get too big).

I also have a 29 gallon that is usually my hospital tank but it is in use because my 20 gallon tank ended up a breeding space for mystery snails. So sadly I don't currently have an open hospital tank.

I'd really appreciate any advice, I know this is a long but I wanted to be through.
