Any idea what this white fuzz could be?

I went to feed my female betta today and noticed two fuzzy spots on the very edge of each of her top and bottom fins. Should I pick up some medicine? I have aquarium salt I could add, would that be a good idea? She is otherwise acting perfectly normally, no clamped fins, no unusual behavior, all normal. I attached some pictures.

Well, no one has answered. I did a small water change, added some salt and by the time I was done the spots had come off and were floating. I hope the salt helps.

From the pictures I really couldn't see anything. But I am on my cell phone.
