Any ideas what is this dot on my neon fish?

I was looking to my aquarium today and noticed a spot on one of my neons. Any idea what it could be?

Looks like a cyst...
Not really sure but not a beginning of any disease I recognize .

How did you take the picture? Everytime i try to take pictures of mine, they move really fast. Never took a good pic of them

I caught it and put it in a bowl with just enough water to stay on the side.

I can't even catch it with a net. They are FAST..! Lol
