API General Cure & Dwarf Frogs

Hello all,
I have 9 guppies and 2 African dwarf frogs. Noticed lately my guppies have been brushing up along my driftwood and decorations. I guess what you can call flashing. Began with my male fish and is now happening to my very pregnant females. I am wondering if it's safe to use API General Care with my frogs being in the tank. Please let me know !

Flashing usually means the fish is irritated about something.

First thing I would do is test your water.
