armoured shrimp

hi we bought 2 armoured shrimps 2 days ago and today 1 has turned a pinkish colour and very lifeless the rest of the fish and 2 catfish are fine at the moment any advice would be very welcome as we are worried that we are doing something wrong

ammonia levels?, nitrite, nitrate levels? ph? ect...

What else is in the tank with them?
Definitely check your parameters as stated these guy's are very sensitive to ammonia and nitrate.

55 gallon elephant nose tank.
16 gallon vampire shrimp and snails

we have 7 guppies and 2 catfish in with the armoured shrimps we will check for nitrate many thanks for your reply will keep you posted

What size tank ? Is it a new tank ?
