I got a blood parrot and a oscar, sometimes they will open their mouth really big infront of each other and bite each others mouth or head.

Its that some kind of aggression that they have?

I saw a small 1 cm cut on my baby oscar's head yesterday, but today when I go check again the cut was already gone.

Do they recover from injury that fast??

Yes, this is aggression and you will need to watch them carefully in case they need to be separated. Melafix is good for superficial wounds like that in the future, but it sounds like you won't need it this time. If you have good water quality then that would explain why it healed so fast.

What size tank are they in?

right now they are in a 30 gallon tank, I will move them to a bigger tank soon

I saw some feeder shrimps about 1 or 2 cm long, do you think my 2 inch oscar would eat it??

You need a tank alot bigger then 30 gal for an Oscar.
You already know that from what you posted and that is great.
Just dont wait to long you can stunt their growth.

That is defiantly aggression and you should keep a close eye on it.
Good luck.
