Bacterial infection?

This is what just killed my zebra danios. I had them moved to a hospital tank. Didn't last long (couple days).

Any knowledge for me on this would be great. For the future.
And to confirm if it was bacterial.

This looks like an ulcer if I'm not wrong.

I had 3 zebra danios and each died from two spots that look like the one in the picture on my first post. Didn't look like they were cut or anything. My parameters are good. I guess it'll just be a mystery.

Danios known to have problems?
