Betta with possible fin rot?

Ive had cantaloupe for awhile now and he has always had white on his fins and be has seemed fine. His water is clean and has been. He is in a 3 gallon tank by himself. If it is fin rot, what is the best treatment in your opinion?

The white is not fin rot, it's just his coloring. You can see the clear on his tail fin, which is new growth. There is a little bit of curling, and you can cure that with clean water.

Thats good to hear. I love the little guy. I just wanted to be sure that he wasn't sick
