Betta with sudden protrusion and color change

I've not done much with meds for parasites. I've copied in a link below. I've got some notes I'll check tomorrow but hopefully someone chimes in. The combinations I find in the US seem endless.

Most aquarium bacteria are gram negative so anything like Nitrofurazone (Furan-2*), Kanamycin (Kanaplex*), or Minocycline (Maracyn-2) as well as triple sulfa.

Don't dose triple sulpha with a copper based anti-parasite med.
 
So the bubble/tumor that ruptured is now a flat scar type injury on his side. It's healed up. His fins still have red streaks but they're more brown, and his underbelly is still discolored. But he's basically still the exact same.
