Black Moor Goldfish

Is it normal for my black moor to be turning a weird silvery white color? It's only on his tail tips and his belly!

The pictures aren't the best because he's wiggly, but you get the idea.

yes that's totally normal . you might even see some orange appear. gold fish change colors all through there life
 
Yep, completely normal! Dark colors are not static in goldfish (black, chocolate, lavender, green, etc). He will eventually be completely orange and look like the moor in the below pic. The color change will progress from the underbelly upwards and you may not even realize it until he has completely morphed color. :)
