Black spot help

Hello i have a otto lithobate yellow blaze cichlid male
Water params all good all of sudden black smudges appearred on his side of body, white stringy poop loss of appetite spitting good out etc treated with api general cure on second dose what do i do please help thx

No issues with water at all like water company changing water source or anything ?

No iv read somewhere that feeding to much spirunila they get black smudges he doing better now eating swimming around
