Black spots on fish?

Hello, I just finished treating one problem yesterday, but now I have a new one.
My parrot fish has black spots on her after being treated for swim bladder. Can anyone find out what's wrong.
She's fully active. Eats and everything.
Parameters are good
70 gallon

Great thanks. On that website I found another one as well called blacks spot which also matches the symptoms. The antibiotics are so expensive to treat with unfortunately. But I guess I will have to do it. And I did a water change yesterday.
