Bleeding Fantail Goldfish

My goldfish Chips who is a regular gold fantail seems to have some blood pooling in his lower body from around halfway down his body to his tail. There is another fish in the tank who hasn't got any symptoms similar so not really sure what has brought it on, any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated, I have tried to attach a photo, though not sure it's worked.

that sounds bad. Are you sure it's blood? A pic would really help. Is he acting funny/unusual? Other info that would really help is what size tank you have, how many/what type of fish are in it, filtration type, how often you do water changes, and what your water parameters are (ammonia, nitrIte, nitrate). THe more info you can give, the better people will be able to help you!
