Bloat in catfish?

my Synodontis Eupterus has developed a big belly...is it possible for these fish to get Bloat? Is it just fat?

It could be bloat, constipated, or fat. Is it very active? If you think it might be constipated you could try feeding it peas. It might be best to not feed it at all for about 2 days and see how it looks/acts after that.
