Bloated Ghost knife Fish

Hi all looking to get opinions about my 14" 4 year old ghostknife fish. He is totally bloated and looks like something is protruding from just below his jaw??? Any ideas? Disease,parasite,blockage? Stomach area is looking like a round ball when he is normal very slim. 55 gallon lots of tank mates. All chem look normal all other fish fine.

Welcome! Sorry to hear on your fish. Would a blockage of a pebble be possible? I can see the bloating but can't make out the rest on the iphone unfortunately.

so i see it's been a couple of years and no answers but I am having the Exact same issue and not sure what to do. I have a 90 gallon tank and only 1 other gold fish (large) that shares with him. I've been doing filter/water changes and watching but I have no clue as to what this is and what to do.
