bloated opaline gourami

So the last few days I've noticed my opaline gourami got really bloated and stopped eating..I assumed it was constipation at first so I tried to feed her some peas but she ignored them.

Currently I'm giving her an epsom salt bath (about 2 teaspoons in a pretty big tupperware container of tank water) which I heard was supposed to act as a laxative. It's been a few minutes and nothing has come out of her..should I continue to do this on a daily basis for the next few days? I'm not 100% sure this is constipation so any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
