The fish is a blue dwarf gourami. It has an inflated stomach now. I don't know if it is bloating or some bacterial infection. I just came home from college and my mom said to had been like this for four days. It it too late?
Please help me id the problem and to cure it!

Pictures are down here. Any help ASAP is very much appreciated

The scales do not look good. I think I touched them and it turned reddish. He is moving his mouth too fast. Should I just euthanize him?:(

Okay. A weird thing happened. I did a epsom salt dip for that dwarf gourami. And after a few minutes I put him back in the main tank, I found something floating. I went near and found this :(

The belly looks reddish. What could this be? I am having a really bad day

Looks like he had dropsy/disease or multiple diseases. I can't see your last two pics so I'm going off the first two you posted. Looks like he was pineconing. I've had similar problems with this in dwarf Gourami's including swim bladder issues. I actually treated and temporarily cured my last one about 5 times before I couldn't control it any longer. I gave up on trying to keep them after this. I heard they have an issue with poor genetics from bad or over breeding. It's best to go with another type of Gourami.

He passed away this morning.! [emoji17]

I read about this online and many pages had one thing in common. That it is mostly incurable and the fish will die.
