Blue Mickey Mouse Platy Super Bloated or Super Pregnant?

1~What type of fish is afflicted? *blue mickey mouse platy super bloated, not sure if she is prego or dropsy, *scales are poking out a lot. Have her in a breeding tank just in case. Also I couldnt find her all day until tonight. Have a heavily planted aquarium. *2~What are your tank parameters (ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates , temp 78, pH 6.5).*3~ How large is the tank? 29 Gallon. How long has the tank been set up? 1 year plus. 4~What type of filtration are you using? Please give the name and number (i.e. Fluval 304) and amount of*gph*if known.*5~How many fish are in the tank? 8 neons, 4 white clouds, 5 otos, 1 BN pleco, 1 bronze cory, 1 black neon, 5 red serpae tetras, 1 male red mickey mouse platy, 1 female blue mickey mouse platy, colony of cherry *shrimp. 6~When is the last time you did a water change and vacuum the gravel? Last week and no dont vacuum much, heavily planted. How often do you do this? Every 3 weeks or so. How much water do you remove at a time?*10 to 15%. 7~How long have you had the fish? Months maybe 4. 8~Have you added anything new to the tank--decor, new dechlorinator, new substrate, etc.? 8 MTS just last friday. 9~What kind of food have you been feeding your fish, have you changed their diet recently?*tetra color fish flake, no.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Might be dropsy

It sounds to me like your fish might have Dropsy. There are essentially two different symptoms, scales pineconing and bloating caused by fluid buildup in the internal organs. More info can be found here.

I was afraid of this. I had a dwarf gourami get this too. I hoping for someone to tell me she is just super pregnant.
