blurry pic of my corys fins

Its pretty blurry, but I think you can get the gist. The little one in front(the fin) is the smallest one, but they all look like that.
 
sorry, I guess I should mention that this is in regards to my earlier post about my corys missing fins and split tail. this is what it looks like, I am verry worried.
 
Cory Fin Rot

Check your Ph. This is the most common cause of Cory fin problems. The second is high bacteria count. - Frank/Guppyman®

I just got some Melafix for some sores on my pangasius cats. So far, it's working really well. I found a bottle at Walmart, believe it or not. :)

Hi. That Ph is a tad high, especially for some Corys. You'd be better of at 6.8 to 7.0. Melafix is available at any decent lfs. - Frank/Guppyman®
 
That is the ph of the water that comes out of my tap, how can I lower it and keep it consistent?
