Bulging eyes

One of my platys had bulging eyes. It started as what i thought was gill disease and have been treating with an antibiotic. But to no avail. It seemed it was going away her gills were not swollen and less pink, now I found her hiding in some plants and when i checked on her her eyes looks like they were going to pop. Can anyone help with a treatment? I hate to see her suffer and would like to prevent it spreading.

Sounds like either "Pop Eye" or "Abdominal Dropsy"

I am no expert, but what I can recommend is that you check out fishyfarmacy's fish disease diagnosis page.
