I have a female Molly with a horrible camallanus worm infestation... Been going for about 3 weeks... Been separated in a 2 gallon bowl with frequent full water changes.. Could see several red spikie worms sticking out and coming and going with movement of her. Been dosing with Tetra Parasite Guard... Hadn't noticed a change until today when I now see the worms are faded and now almost peach colored... I researched and hear the worms can die inside and sometimes not
be expelled --- killing the fish..
Is this what I'm seeing? What should i do with her? She's thinner and still eating twice a day but not vigorously by any means... I've been feeding her baby brine
Shrimp cause I read live food can help expel them...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I feel sorry for her in that lil bowl... Can't put her in main tank... Even when she was in there my male didn't pay any attention to her... And he LOVES his girls ...
