Can anyone help with my GBR

Please help! I've had this beautiful GBR for about 3 week. She did so well for about 1.5 weeks and then it was decline. Very lethargic and a weird white spot on her side. I've researched ICH and I don't feel like this is it. Any ideas?

Oh, and one last thing. You can't really make it out well in the pictures, but her rear fin has split in a couple of spots....

Wish I could help you, but I don't know much about sicknesses. German Blue Rams are already genetically weak and most are only expected to live 3 months in a home aquarium. Sicknesses are common among these fish, so don't feel like you did something horribly wrong if she does die. You just have to buy these fish from a reputable breeder. Good luck, I really hope someone else can help you here.
