Carnidal tetras white spots

All five of my cardinal tetras have white spots which they didn't have last night. I think its ich but I don't know what to do being new to this

That's ich alright. Did you recently add fish to this tank?

Raise the temp slowly to 86 F

Add an airstone to increase oxygenation

Gravel vac every 2-3 days to remove ich spore from substrate

Do this for a minimum of 2 weeks and for at least 1 week after you see the last spot on your fish
 
The platy most likely introduced ich to your tank. Do you quarantine new fish?
 
I don't I guess I was up to early with that Platy I added two male guppies but both died at the same time and were from the same lfs tank
 
Do they have any other symptoms other than what looks like salt sprinkled on them? Any fungus or fin rot?
