Clamped fin discus

I just noticed one of my discus has one clamped pectorial fin. he is still eating fine and getting round the tank fine but when he stops swimming he tips over. All my water conditions are excellent and have just treated with kurusi wormer plus yesterday. Any ideas what is wrong with him

55 gallon Ammonia 0 nitrate 0 ph 7.5 temp 29c. I do 50% wc twice a week. 5 discus between 3 - 5 inch. 9 black widow tetra 10 neons 3 brislenose pleco 1 red tail shark
