The cloudy eye may just be a water condition/slime coat thing. How often and how do you do [acronym:1a0d3162c4="Partial water change"]pwc[/acronym:1a0d3162c4]? Keeping the water as clean as possible is the best treatment.

do you know what the perameters on your tank are? I have also found that adding a little aquarium salt will help in healing the fish.

Cloudy eyes are an indication of poor water quality. I would do a 40% water change today. If the eyes clear up in a few hours, you'll know to increase your water changes.
