I noticed my Oscar have one cloudy eye, but he still act very normal and eat.

what are some ways to treat it?

Its Malafix good enough? or what other method I can try?

The cloudy eye may just be a water condition/slime coat thing. How often and how do you do pwc? Keeping the water as clean as possible is the best treatment.

I change about 40% of water vaccuming the gravel every week.

do you know what the perameters on your tank are? I have also found that adding a little aquarium salt will help in healing the fish.

Cloudy eyes are an indication of poor water quality. I would do a 40% water change today. If the eyes clear up in a few hours, you'll know to increase your water changes.
