Just noticed some clusters of white spots on my opaline gourami, easily seen on tail and top of dorsal fun.
Don’t see anything on other fish, but could it be ich? I added these fish on May 7th (17 days ago) and will admit I did not quarantine them but I do know the fish store had them for several weeks and did treatment on them for a bladder infection.
What should I do? I was about to pick up a couple Bolivian rams my fish store just ordered for me, should I hold off on this? I’d normally just put the Bolivians in my qt tank but my angelfish are in there right now.

Somewhat new, just the tank, transferred over from a 60-> 90-> this 90 after leak issues. 2 cascade 1200 canister filters (could use a clean), weekly water changed usually about 30-50%
Haven’t tested for a month but at the time parameters were <.25, 0, 20 and ph of 7.8
