I'd treat every 2 days with a 50% water change before every treatment, that'll ho build meds up but not too quickly as to harm the fish.

Even if directions don't say that? It says to treat once, and if it doesn't clear in 4 days, then a 2nd dose after a 25% water change. Just worried about overdosing. Last medication I put in my tank, even after triple checking dosages, wiped out half of my tank (RIP Angel!) so i'm scared enough just to use this stuff. Freaked me the HECK out when it turned my water deep green.

Okay I put this stuff in the tank Monday night and it's 5:00 PM here on Wednesday and there is NO change in Gracie's pectorals OR the two breeding angel's mouths. They're not getting better or worse. :/

Okay after examining one the breeding angels has a "long line of slime" with little balls of Columnaris fungus flowing off of him.

Also, the anal fins are starting to looks a little frayed. Is that another Columnaris stage? I lost a swordtail last night. It had patches of lost scales all over. I have a platy looking like that right now. :/
