Cory with two cloudy/puffy eyes

I have a 75 Gallon, fully cycled tank (about 1.5 months old). About a week ago I bought several sterbai corys. Most of them are fine but there is one that looks really sick and has bulging, cloudy eyes which you can see in the picture below.

Any idea what is going on? Any help appreciated!

(this morning he was swimming around and the eyes seemed a bit less swollen, so maybe he is getting over it?)
