Within the past couple of days my female chameleon fish has been showing dark patches of scales over her body. She's able to change her entire body color from light tan to dark brown/black and occasionally she'll go tan with brown stripes, but lately she has some scales stuck in dark brown? Maybe they're like dead/stuck pixels in an LCD screen?

She's been eating well and attacks cubes of bloodworms voraciously. She probably eats the most out of all the fish in the tank. I haven't seen any aggression between her and the male Badis nor with any of the tankmates(White Clouds, Sparkling Gouramis, Shrimp). She's very active and always swims up to the glass when I'm around. None of the other fish are showing signs of illness. (Though my plants are another story...)

Water Params are solid, pH is a bit high:
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 0ppm
pH - 7.5

So, any clue as to what could be affecting her? :???:
