Discus issue? hole in the head??!

Can someone identify this quickly? It almost looks like hole in the head, even though it's on the back part of him. What do i do??

The picture is to fuzzy to give a positive answer, but it's not the flagellated protozoa parasite Hexamita.

He is losing color and how do you know it's not HITH? It is almost like a pimple back there

Because the disease causes errosion, not growths.

I ended up using API general cure. Did the trick!
