I was about to buy a powder blue dwarf gourami at my LFS when I noticed that all five in the store's tank had little splits in their tail fins. It was nothing major, but the tail fins were definitely not all one piece. They had maybe three or four 1 mm or so tears or splits in them on the end. Is this how dwarf gouramis are naturally or should I stay away from this stock?
