Does our fish have white spot disease?

We have recently added 6 neon tetras to our tropical tank last week, altogether we have a baby platy, 6 neon tetras and 2 minnows which we think one maybe pregnant, today I noticed one of the tetras has 2 small white spots on its tail, could this be a disease? Please help! What should i do? Click image for larger version
