I am getting it tested at the shop and they don't have them anymore

I called my local petshop they Said I can trade it in for something else

OP I dont know whats wrong with the molly but it could just be lack of care before you purchase it. How long have you had that molly?

Just watch your other fish. It may or may not affect your other fish. We cannot truthfully answer that question because there is lack of data. I would say no because it just looks like bad breeding care to me
